Built on treasured family land and locally owned, Aitutaki Ootu Villa is a new villa located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Aitutaki. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the panoramic views of the lagoon, and eastern side of the main island, and in the evening watch the sunset, all these breathtaking views from your balcony! If you are looking for a spacious modern home away from home then this is the place for you. The Villa is self contained with full cooking and laundry facilities. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an en suite, and another separate bathroom. Ideal for families or couples who are looking for a great place to escape and relax. With the water just meters away from your doorstep you will enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the aqua lagoon. Or sit on the balcony and watch fish jumping from the water, or watch birds trying to catch fish.
Ootu Villa is located on the eastern side of Aitutaki at the end of the peninsula, there are several eating establishments within walking distance, and this is one of the few locations on Aitutaki that lets you stroll the eastern beaches by the reef and also have the protection of the lagoon on your door step! Come and enjoy Aitutaki in this beachfront accommodation. Wi-Fi is available from the house for your convenience, and a telephone.

Rates $300.00 per night’s stay for 1-2 persons $70.00 for extra person per night $35.00 12 years and under Minimum stay of 5 nights Long stay Rates available depending on availability Return airport transfer $40.00 per person Rate for additional rooms required is $250 per night for each bedroom, can sleep two pax, must be confirmed 1 month before check in date please, credit card required as bond for the booking. Payment Options: 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, and balance required 30 days before guest arrival. Payment can be made by visa, MasterCard or telegraphic transfer.
Our Accommodation Cancellation Policies
All cancellations incur a 1 night accommodation charge
1.) Outside 120 days prior to expected arrival date: no fee 2.) Between 119 to 60 days of expected arrival date: – a fee of the relevant rate equal to 50% of total accommodation will be charged. 3.) 59 days or less of expected arrival, or no show: a fee of the relevant rate equal to 100% of total accommodation will be charged. 4.) Amendment fees apply to nights removed within the cancellation period as stated above. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your travel, cancellation fees will apply. We strongly recommend that you take travel insurance to cover any loss of deposits or full payments made for accommodation costs. To protect against loss of income we are required to charge cancellation fees.
